Fariel's Impatient Cheesecake

This post is an epitome of impatience. I used whatever I had in my fridge. I didn't crush the cookies properly. I didn't even let the cheesecake set for long. I sincerely do not know what got into me but I swear I'm more patient than this.
**I did not even take proper photos, also I took photos after it was half eaten (God help me!!!)

Ingredients:
200 g Ritz biscuits (YES!)
226 g Cream cheese (Softened)
150 ml Double cream
100 g Dulce de Leche
For the Ganache:
50 g 85% Dark chocolate chips
50 ml Double cream
1. As all mighty cheesecakes, start by crushing the ritz biscuits into crumbles. I tried to crush them finely enough but rubbles were all I had and I settled with them. I added some dulce de leche in this because I didn't have butter and I was too lazy to go out and get some, but it did the job just right and who am i to complain?

2. Beat the cream cheese with the cream and dulce de leche and pour it over the base. Put it in the fridge and let it set for at least 2 hours. It stays gooey in the middle that way which gives you an unworldly pleasure with every spoonfull.

3. When it's set enough, prepare the ganache by simply heating up the cream and pouring it over the chocolate. Stir until smooth and top it over the just set cheesecake. Put it back in the fridge and let it set for an hour.
And that's pretty much it. I really love myself for making your life deliciously simple.
Enjoy! Happy Baking!
